ASHFAQ AHMED

FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

Ashfaq Ahmed is a highly accomplished leader in the biopharmaceutical industry, with over 25 years of experience at globally recognized organizations including BIOCON and SPIMACO. He has been a driving force behind the development and large-scale manufacturing of critical biologics such as Insulin, Erythropoietin (EPO), and Rituximab, contributing significantly to global healthcare access. His visionary leadership has been instrumental in setting up state-of-the-art biologics manufacturing facilities, positioning him as a trusted figure in both industrial and regulatory circles. A first-generation entrepreneur and strategic dealmaker, Ashfaq is known for spearheading international collaborations, licensing agreements, and for launching innovative ventures in biotechnology and environmental services. He is the Founder and Director of multiple companies, and is recognized internationally for his insights—frequently traveling across the globe for high-level business meetings, industry conferences, and speaking engagements. As the Founder and President of the Trust, he brings unmatched strategic direction, operational expertise, and a strong network of global alliances. His unwavering commitment to social welfare, education, and community development continues to inspire and drive the Trust’s mission forward, creating lasting impact on lives across diverse regions.

SHAIKH MUKHTAR AHMED

VICE PRESIDENT

Shaikh Mukhtar Ahmed serves as the Vice President of the Trust and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA). With a dynamic background in corporate leadership, he has held several director positions across various organizations, where he has successfully led operational, financial, and compliance teams. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing the Trust’s financial management and regulatory compliance on a day-to-day basis. His strong analytical skills and business insight ensure that the Trust’s activities remain aligned with its mission and operate with transparency and efficiency. Mukhtar Ahmed plays a vital role in strategic planning, guiding the organization in implementing sustainable and impactful social welfare programs. His expertise in technology, operations, and governance helps streamline processes and scale initiatives that benefit the broader community. A dedicated leader with a forward-thinking approach, he bridges the gap between modern management practices and community service, helping the Trust grow with integrity and purpose.

AZMATHULLAH

SECRETARY

Azmathullah plays a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Trust and is actively involved in coordinating its various activities. He holds a graduate degree and brings over five years of international experience in the marketing field. A dedicated social worker, he is the founder of the Building and Other Construction Workers Union and has been working tirelessly for the past twenty years to uplift the lives of construction workers and their families. His efforts are especially focused on improving access to healthcare and education, as well as enhancing the financial conditions of economically disadvantaged communities. His deep commitment to social justice and grassroots development continues to drive the Trust’s mission forward.

E KHALEEFULLAH

JOINT SECRETARY

E. Khaleefullah serves as the Joint Secretary of the Trust, bringing with him a profound background as a Hafiz-e-Qur’an and a respected Islamic scholar. He possesses deep knowledge of Shariah principles and is actively involved with several prominent Islamic organizations across various regions of Tamil Nadu. His role within the Trust involves managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth coordination of its educational, social, and charitable initiatives. Known for his strong organizational skills and spiritual leadership, Khaleefullah is a key figure in aligning the Trust’s work with ethical and community-driven values. He is deeply dedicated to uplifting the underprivileged, with a particular focus on education, moral development, and social welfare. His influence extends beyond administration—he inspires others with his commitment to service and integrity. Through his efforts, the Trust remains rooted in compassion, discipline, and purpose, making a lasting impact in the communities it serves.

KAUSAR JAHAN TAJ

TREASURER

Kausar Jahan Taj serves as the Treasurer, overseeing all financial matters of the Trust with diligence and integrity. She holds a Master’s degree in Science and brings a strong foundation of analytical and organizational skills to her role. A seasoned entrepreneur, Kausar is the Founder and Managing Director of AMZOH Nutrition, a company focused on wellness and health-based products. In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, she also serves as a board member in several companies, contributing strategic insight and leadership. In her capacity as Treasurer, she ensures that the Trust’s funds are utilized effectively and responsibly, maximizing the impact of its programs and initiatives. Her financial acumen and commitment to transparency play a vital role in maintaining the Trust’s integrity and long-term sustainability.

M B MOHAMMED ZABIULLA

TRUSTEE

M. B. Mohammed Zabiulla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and brings with him a wealth of experience in manufacturing and sales, particularly in the fields of hospital infrastructure and interior solutions. His deep understanding of operational efficiency and market dynamics has been instrumental in supporting the Trust’s logistical and infrastructural initiatives. As a Trustee, Zabiulla plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Trust, contributing valuable insights that help align our programs with real-world needs. He is deeply committed to community development and ensures that the Trust’s resources are deployed toward the most urgent and impactful causes. His business acumen, combined with a strong sense of social responsibility, helps foster practical, scalable solutions to the challenges faced by underserved communities. Zabiulla is known for his hands-on approach and collaborative spirit, which have earned him respect among stakeholders and beneficiaries alike. SYED AMAANULLA

TRUSTEE

A dedicated final-year B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) student at REVA University, Bangalore, with a strong passion for litigation and a proven track record in legal research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy. Gained hands-on experience through internships under esteemed High Court judges, advocates, and law firms—including judicial internships with Hon’ble Justice Lalitha Kanneganti and Judge K. Natarajan—where responsibilities included analyzing trial proceedings, assisting in verdict preparation, and closely observing the nuances of judicial decision-making.
